THANK YOU! Cat Haven food and toy donation drive

We celebrated our first Christmas at the Cat Hospital this year and while we knew our own cats would be enjoying time at home with their humans feasting on gourmet meals and playing with all their new toys all through the holiday season, we wanted to make sure the homeless shelter cats at the Cat Haven got to enjoy the yuletide season too. So we decided to do our first annual charity food drive.

We were totally blown away at the level of generosity and by Christmas Eve, the tree was overflowing with cat food, toys and more. The total count of donations we delivered to the Cat Haven today included:

  • 33.27 kgs of dry cat food
  • 204 pouches of cat food
  • 57 cans of cat food
  • 40 cat toys
  • 2 cat bowls
  • 3 cat jumpers/coats
  • 3 fleece blankets
  • 3 packets of cat treats
  • 1 tunnel
  • 1 Litre of cat milk
  • 4 kg of cat litter
  • 1 pair of nail trimmers

We would like to extend a MASSIVE thank you to all our clients and friends, including our veterinary wholesaler Provet who all pitched to make this donation drive such a huge success. Happy New Year everyone!
